I am a trader in a hedge fund. That seems about as distant from spirituality as Earth to Pluto. But most good traders are instinctual Zen practitioners - they understand the importance of being in the moment and not getting caught up in fear or greed. Those two emotions are the result of not being present and anticipating future pain or good!

I am a long time Iyengar yoga practitioner, an avid reader, and hiker and world traveler amongst other things. I believe in anonymously doing my bit to make the world a better place, not as a salve to my conscience or to win praise but because the world is crying out for it.
